I was going through some of my really old CD's and I stumbled upon Buffalo Springfield's first album. It felt kind of weird listening to the classic "For What It's Worth"
because despite the fact that this song was written way back in 1966, during the Sunset Strip riots, it could be written for times like ours, see Israel - Lebanon conflict:
"There's somethin' happenin' here; what it is ain't exactly clear
There's a man with a gun over there tellin' me I got to beware
Think it's time we stop, children, what's that sound? Everybody look what's goin' down..."
Just click on the title and download for your listening pleasure - and remember to rock on.
